How to Get Perfect Skin in a Week

So maybe there is a function that you have to attend in a weeks' time and you just HAVE to have the most gorgeous, the most perfect skin. What now? Well unless your face is ridden with pimples, there are ways to get near-perfect skin in a week's time. And the skin will turn perfect so fast, that there won't even be any time to ask 'how to get perfect skin fast'.

  • Wash your face before you go to bed. 10 PM is the best time for the skin to repair itself. So washing your face before that will clear out the pores and help avoid possible zits.
  • Skin exfoliation! This will get rid of all the dead skin cells that have accumulated on the face and you'll notice an instant transformation. Read more on exfoliate skin naturally and exfoliating scrub for face.
  • Drink water. There is no substitute to this. Get as much water in you as you can.
  • Do not smoke. Nicotine will lower the levels of oxygen and slows the blood vessels. This results in a haggard looking face.
  • Allow your skin to breathe. Do not clog it by wearing oily foundations and thick compact powders.
  • Do not touch your face. Our fingers have so much dirt and bacteria on them, that touching the face will transfer it onto your face. This will result in an acne breakout.
  • Exercising cannot be ignored. Do some form of it for 20-30 minutes, at least 4 times a week.
  • Do not use a bathing soap to wash your face. Go in for a gentle face wash instead. Soap can be harsh and rob your skin of its natural oils (which a face wash does not do). This can make your skin look haggard and tight.
  • Always get rid of all traces of make-up before you sleep!
Beauty Tips
So, go out there with your perfect skin and make a few heads turn! And who knows, people might even turn to you and ask "How to get perfect skin?". Enjoy the attention babe, 'cause you've earned it!

Exfoliating Scrub for Face

Regular ex foliation is beneficial to the skin, as it helps discard dead skin cells and promote growth of new skin cells. Using ex foliating scrub for face removes the dull look and invigorates the skin to maintain a natural, healthy glow. Any healthy skin care regimen should involve the use of an ex foliating scrub for face at least 2-3 times a week. The scrub cleans the facial skin, unclogs the pores, clears away impurities, stimulates generation of healthy new skin, refines and smoothen the complexion by getting rid of dead skin. Besides these benefits ex foliating also helps get rid of problems like pimples, infected ingrown hair, wrinkles and other skin disorders. After using a scrub, the face not only looks clean and healthy, but also feels fresh and smooth.

Homemade Ex-foliating Scrub for Face

We all know ex-foliation is beneficial to the skin, however, very few people know that over-ex-foliation is not good. A gentle scrub needs to be used to remove dead skin and must be applied without unnecessary force, thereby not conducing to skin irritations. The commercially available ex foliating scrubs for face contain harsh chemicals capable of harming the skin. Moreover, uneven scrubbing compounds can conduce to mechanical damage and nicks. So the safest and best ex foliating scrub for face is the one that is prepared at home. Read more on ex foliate skin naturally.

Scrub 1: Honey and Sea Salt
To prepare this scrub, all you need is honey and sea salt. Just combine 2 tablespoons of honey with 2 tablespoons of sea salt and gently massage it onto the face for a minute or two. Rinse the scrub off with warm water and then end up splashing ice cold water, so as to close the pores. The honey in this scrub is a natural antioxidant and is used in various skin care products. Its antibacterial properties kill off any bacteria, thereby keeping the skin sterile during the ex foliation process. Moreover, the coarse texture of the sea salt in the scrub sloughs off the dead cells. Sea salt also stimulates new skin cell growth. Read more on natural skin care.

Scrub 2: Lemon, Cornmeal and Honey
To prepare this scrub you need 1 cup of cornmeal, 1 lemon and some honey. Place the cornmeal in a mixing bowl and squeeze a lemon into it. Scoop the pulp of the lemon out, discard the seeds and add it to the cornmeal. Pour as much honey as required to attain a creamy texture and stir well. Moisten your skin and gently begin to ex foliate the skin in a circular motion, keeping your eyes closed during the process. For the next one minute gently rub the face and neck with the prepared scrub and then rinse well. You will need only one tablespoon of the prepared scrub for one ex foliation. The rest of the scrub can be stored in the refrigerator up to the next two weeks in an airtight container. Read more on facial skin care.

Scrub 3: Raw Oats, Apple Cider Vinegar and Basil Oil
Crush 2-3 tablespoons of raw oats into tiny bits in a grinder. To it add 1/4 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and honey enough to create a smooth mixture. Once the mixture smoothen add one drop of basil oil to it. You can even use tea tree oil instead of basil oil. Wash your face, dry it gently by patting with a towel and apply this sticky paste onto your face. Rub your face in circular motions, carefully avoiding the eye regions. After 15 minutes wash the scrub off with lots of warm water.

Scrub 4: Fullers Earth, Orange Peel and Oatmeal
Mix 1/4 cup of fullers earth, 1/4 cup of dried orange peel, 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and some water in a bowl till a smooth consistency is obtained. After washing your face and gently drying it with a towel, apply the scrub onto your face and neck in circular motion. Since dead cells tend to accumulate near the nose and chin, take extra care while scrubbing those areas.

It is good to use an ex foliating scrub for face, however, a common mistake people make is using the scrub too often and scrubbing vigorously. Ex foliation should be done only once in 2-3 weeks. Young people scrub harder to remove blackheads and acne, while older adults do it to get rid of wrinkles and other imperfections. However, scrubbing vigorously will only make matters worse in the long run. Rubbing too hard for too long in one particular area will only cause the skin to aggravate. When done gently and not too frequently, exfoliation can bring back that lost gleam on your face!

Get Your Ex Boyfriend Back After Cheating On Him

Things started out great between the two of you but temptation got the better of you and now you want to know how to get your ex boyfriend back after you cheated on him. Here are some tips for getting your ex back and strengthening your relationship in the process.
1) Trust is an elemental ingredient to a successful relationship and you betrayed your boyfriend's trust in you. Do not try to defend or rationalize your actions to him; doing so will only further alienate him. Admit to yourself and to him that what you did was wrong. And if you are not truly remorseful please move on and spare him the humiliation of having to find out you cheated on him again.
2) Give your relationship with your ex boyfriend time to heal. Cheating on your boyfriend is not a skinned knee; it's a deep gash and it's going to take time to heal properly. You have wounded one of his my prized and fragile possessions, his self image. Demanding that he immediately forgive and forget, and that the relationship return to its "pre-cheat" status is not how to get your ex boyfriend back after you cheated.
3) Be willing to start over; be patient, take baby steps. At the beginning of your relationship you both moved cautiously, feeling one another out both physically and emotionally until you built trust. In order for that to happen again this relationship's reconstructive surgery must be approached with much clear-headed thinking and less emotional reacting than the first time around. Do not expect an invitation to his bedroom after your first date.

There are some thoughts on how to get your ex boyfriend back after you cheated on him. They won't always work, of course; sometimes the wound is just too deep to heal. But, just like a broken bone, if the relationship does heal, it will likely be far stronger than before the break took place.

Beautiful Hair

How to achieve and maintain a healthy head of beautiful hair.
Three main things are needed for a good-looking head of hair - good health, the right attention to cleanliness, and caution when using cosmetic treatments.

1. Adequate Diet
Hair growth depends on an adequate diet. A widespread diet problem which causes loss of hair is iron deficiency Anaemia. The cause is too little iron in blood, brought on by a diet containing too little meat, eggs, cereals or peas and beans. Fresh fruits and vegetables are also needed to provide vitamin C, which enables the body to absorb iron.
2. Cutting the hair
Although cutting the hair is not essential to its well-being, it is easier to keep the scalp clean if the hair is kept reasonably short. Regular cutting does not make the hair grow strong or faster.
3. How hair can be damaged
Although scalp hair is hardy, and can withstand a lot of abuse, it can be damaged by too much or inexpertly applied perming, dyeing , bleaching and massage. The amount of beau-tying the hair can take varies from person to person. Occasionally the scalp is allergic to the dye and becomes inflamed and swollen. To prevent this occurring, the dye should be tested by applying it to a small area on the arm. If a patch of inflammation has developed, the dye must not be used on the hair.
Most people who bleach their hair do so with hydrogen peroxide. If the peroxide is repeatedly applied, it may make the hair brittle. If this happens the hair may turn rough, develop split ends, or become thinned or shortened.
